Thestock alfa setup is weird. The coast diff is at 60% and power at 10%. Also the suspension is messed up. Try to tune these first. If you want a easy tip, put coast at 40, power at 20, all the bumps at 2 and rebounds at 3. These is a very general setup but it is a good start point.
